My services
I offer comprehensive and specialised online tutorials in mathematics and physics for Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-level students. Face-to-face tutorials are available for students living in Bristol, UK. Feel free to get in touch via the button at the top of the page.
Six Years Experience
Provided engaging and effective maths and physics tutorials to eight recurring students in association with the tutoring agency 3A Tutors. I have supported one student to A* grade at A-levels, tutored three students who obtained places at university, and have written references for two students in support of their UCAS application.
In China I served as a teaching assistant for three years, starting 2018, in the undergraduate calculus course, leading problem classes to forty students at a time and organising additional revision lectures.
Extensive Subject Knowledge
Awarded a PhD in Mathematics from the top university in China – Tsinghua University – and a Masters degree in Physics from Oxford University.
In addition to having expert subject knowledge, I can give advice on and share my experience of higher education and university entrance.
